Loulu Standing Tall

$425.00

I love it when I find old Loulu trees. Loulu are native to Hawaii, and the first palms to grow on these islands. Loulu are often found standing alone or in small groups of maybe three trees. I have read before the introduction of the rat there were large forests of Loulu. For this reason, when I see old trees standing in the middle of busy Honolulu or in the middle of previously cattled Maui county. I contemplate all that they had to go through to still exist through the changes of time.

“Loulu Standing Tall” is for all that was, and is, and should always be: standing proudly.
